We've been going to them for over three years. Our Giant Schnauzer can be a handful and Tara and Patrick are wonderful with him!
Tara, the groomer, is sooo patient with the dogs. She sometimes even throws in extras for a nice touch. I have really been impressed. A good dog grooming place has everything to do with how much care is being put into each time the groomer takes care of my dog. There is none better than Tara.
They have very friendly service, reasonable prices, and the best groomers in town. I also like their boarding
service and daycare. When I pick up by dog Libby after daycare, she is very happy.
Tara and Patrick are wonderful! They treat my dog as if he were their own. I highly recommend them for any of their services!
I wouldn't take my Maltese anywhere else!!!

Friendly groomers, speedy service, and great price.
Pups and Pals does the absolute best job with my dog! They treat her like she is their own pet. When I drop her off, they know us and immediately start loving on her. This is the only place I have ever taken my dog where she runs in and doesn't want to leave when I come to pick her up! They are AWESOME!!!

I rescued a shihtzu that her hair was matted to her skin Tara did a wonderful job grooming her and I've gone to her ever since. She always does a great job and is so nice. I've never been to another groomer in the past that was so loving and caring with animals. I would highly recommend Pups and Pals to everyone! They are the best!
Nobody is as good as they are. I have been everywhere and they can't be touched. The grooms last longer than other peoples grooms and my dogs are cleaner than they have ever been. They also have given me tips to keep my dog from having ear, feet, and rear problems. Wonderful people!!!
Tara and Patrick are wonderful with our two dogs and always ready to accommodate. Our Newfoundland wiggles all over when she sees Patrick on grooming morning.
Tara is just the best! She is patient and kind with my grumpy, old dog. Plus, he gets the best grooming and w/a chow - collie mix, there is a lot to do! Tara & hubby Patrick are also very involved with promoting responsible animal ownership in Knoxville.
Pups and Pals has been so kind to our older dog Snookums and her bother Charleston. Everytime we take them in, Tara remembers who they are and Snookums needs! We are very thankful that they are in such great hands and come home happy.
Tara at Pups and Pals is so friendly and she makes my dog feel so comfortable when she is there for a groom. Her rates are very competitive and she does a great job! My pup always looks great!
